Robert W. Matschullat served as the vice chairman of the board of directors and as chief financial officer of The Seagram Company Limited, a global company with entertainment and beverage operations, from 1995 until 2000. Previously, he was head of worldwide investment banking and on the board of directors of Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated from 1991 to 1995. Mr. Matschullat is on the Clorox Company Board of Directors and during his 20 year tenor served as the interim chairman and interim chief executive officer in 2006. In addiction during his tenor at Clorox, he has served as both non-executive independent chairman and presiding director. He is on the Visa Inc’s Board of Directors and served as the non-executive independent chair from 2013 until 2019. Mr. Matschullat also served on The Walt Disney Company Board of Directors from 2003 to 2018. Mr. Matschullat holds a B.A. in Sociology from Stanford University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
