Ken Goldman

Mr. Goldman is the current President of Hillspire, a Family Office, responsible for financial and administrative functions, along with real estate, aviation and maritime activities.

Mr. Goldman is the former chief financial officer of Yahoo!, Inc responsible for global finance functions from October 2012 to June 2017. Mr. Goldman served as senior vice president, finance and administration, and chief financial officer of Fortinet, Inc. from September 2007 to September 2012.  Mr. Goldman serves on the board of directors of NXP Semiconductor, Trinet, RingCentral, Zuora, GoPro, Inc. and other non-profit boards.

Mr. Goldman was a member of the Board of Trustees of Cornell University from 2005 to 2013 and was subsequently designated as Emeritus Trustee; Mr. Goldman serves on the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board’s (PCAOB’s) Standing Advisory Group (SAG).

Mr. Goldman holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.

Jeremy Schneider

jJeremy Schneider joined WIN as a Senior Associate in January, 2011. In October 2016, he was promoted to Managing Director. Prior to WIN, Jeremy was a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company in San Francisco, where he focused on technology companies and worked in the Private Equity Group. He graduated Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa from Dartmouth College, where he majored in History. He has a Master’s degree in Economic and Social History from The University of Oxford, where he was a Clarendon Scholar. Jeremy grew up in the Bay Area and is thrilled to have the opportunity to work closely with entrepreneurs and to immerse himself in the world of start-ups.
