Michael Fleisher

Michael drives finance, mergers & acquisitions, and business strategy at, the largest online retailer of home products and furnishings in the U.S.’s portfolio of home brands includes AllModern, Joss & Main, and DwellStudio. ended 2012 with $600+ million in revenue and currently employs over 1,400 people in offices located in Boston (HQ), Utah, Kentucky, the U.K., Ireland, Germany and Australia. sales are expected to grow over 50% in 2013.

Prior to joining, Michael served as Warner Music Group’s (WMG) Vice Chairman, Strategy and Operations, where he oversaw the company’s global corporate stagey and operations. At WMG, he managed all corporate development, merger and acquisition activity and led the sale of WMG to Access Industries in a transaction valued at over $3 billion.

Jeremy Schneider

Managing Director
jJeremy Schneider joined WIN as a Senior Associate in January, 2011. In October 2016, he was promoted to Managing Director. Prior to WIN, Jeremy was a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company in San Francisco, where he focused on technology companies and worked in the Private Equity Group. He graduated Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa from Dartmouth College, where he majored in History. He has a Master’s degree in Economic and Social History from The University of Oxford, where he was a Clarendon Scholar. Jeremy grew up in the Bay Area and is thrilled to have the opportunity to work closely with entrepreneurs and to immerse himself in the world of start-ups.
