Steve Fisher

Steve Fisher is currently Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for eBay Marketplaces. In this role he sets the technology vision and strategy for the Marketplaces platform and leads a global team of engineers and technology professionals who enable a multi-screen e-commerce experience for buyers and sellers around the world.

Prior to joining eBay Fisher was at where he served as Executive Vice President, Technology. Fisher led a team of software developers, quality engineers and infrastructure engineers for’s entire award-winning application and platform product line, which is used by over 100,000 companies around the world.

Prior to, Fisher held engineering positions at Apple and AT&T Labs. He also founded and served as CEO for NotifyMe Networks, an interactive voice-alerting platform. Fisher graduated with a Bachelors in Mathematical and Computational Science and a Masters in Computer Science from Stanford University, and holds 21 patents.

Fisher also serves on the Board of Directors for Vonage Holdings Corp.

Jeremy Schneider

Managing Director
jJeremy Schneider joined WIN as a Senior Associate in January, 2011. In October 2016, he was promoted to Managing Director. Prior to WIN, Jeremy was a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company in San Francisco, where he focused on technology companies and worked in the Private Equity Group. He graduated Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa from Dartmouth College, where he majored in History. He has a Master’s degree in Economic and Social History from The University of Oxford, where he was a Clarendon Scholar. Jeremy grew up in the Bay Area and is thrilled to have the opportunity to work closely with entrepreneurs and to immerse himself in the world of start-ups.
