Courtney Broadus

Courtney is an advisor and consulting technology executive to startups and cloud computing companies.

Courtney has held executive leadership and management positions in technology for over fifteen years at both startups and Fortune 500 companies, most recently as a Technology SVP at, where she worked for the past 10 years. Under her leadership the team grew from 2 to over 300 and defined the industry standard for consistently delivering scalable, reliable cloud computing applications with renowned quality that customers love. Courtney is passionate about helping startups execute, deliver, scale, and build excellent teams founded on strong cultures.

Prior to Courtney held technology leadership positions at Oracle and engineering/architect roles at several startups.

Jeremy Schneider

Managing Director
jJeremy Schneider joined WIN as a Senior Associate in January, 2011. In October 2016, he was promoted to Managing Director. Prior to WIN, Jeremy was a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company in San Francisco, where he focused on technology companies and worked in the Private Equity Group. He graduated Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa from Dartmouth College, where he majored in History. He has a Master’s degree in Economic and Social History from The University of Oxford, where he was a Clarendon Scholar. Jeremy grew up in the Bay Area and is thrilled to have the opportunity to work closely with entrepreneurs and to immerse himself in the world of start-ups.
