Michael La Guardia

Michael is currently the Head of Product Yahoo Sports and Finance at Yahoo!.  Michael is a serial entrepreneur, product and company development veteran. At Netscape, Michael led product management through several browser releases, the release of the browser source code, and the establishment of Mozilla.org. He helped found LiveOps and grew it from ground up to $140M per year in revenue. After leaving LiveOps, he founded and exited one company, spent a brief period running product at Luminate (formerly Pixazza), and is now working on his next start up. Michael brings creativity into all parts of his life. When not building companies, he’s often building musical instruments, creating music, writing novels, or building boats.

Jeremy Schneider

Managing Director
jJeremy Schneider joined WIN as a Senior Associate in January, 2011. In October 2016, he was promoted to Managing Director. Prior to WIN, Jeremy was a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company in San Francisco, where he focused on technology companies and worked in the Private Equity Group. He graduated Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa from Dartmouth College, where he majored in History. He has a Master’s degree in Economic and Social History from The University of Oxford, where he was a Clarendon Scholar. Jeremy grew up in the Bay Area and is thrilled to have the opportunity to work closely with entrepreneurs and to immerse himself in the world of start-ups.
