Cheryl Dalrymple

Cheryl has worked with technology companies throughout her career, and has been CFO of numerous companies over the past 15 years, including privately held venture backed companies and a multi-billion public company. Cheryl is currently the CFO at Confluent. Prior to Confluent, she was the CFO of Polyvore which was acquired by Yahoo!. Previous positions were at Google, where she headed up integration of AdMob into Google after the May 2010 acquisition. Before this, Cheryl was CFO of AdMob, Inc. for 3 years where she was responsible for all financial aspects of the company, as well as all HR, legal and administrative matters. Prior to AdMob Cheryl was CFO of Digital Chocolate, (an international publisher and distributor of mobile games), CFO of Oblix (sold to Oracle) and CFO of Nextance (sold to Trilogy Group). Before Cheryl’s shift to start-ups, she was SVP and CFO of the Lexis Nexis Group, where she oversaw finance for all of LexisNexis, including their online business and eight wholly owned subsidiaries. Cheryl began her career at PWC where she held senior management roles in the High Tech Audit and the M&A groups for 10 years. She is a CPA and holds a BBA from University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Jeremy Schneider

Managing Director
jJeremy Schneider joined WIN as a Senior Associate in January, 2011. In October 2016, he was promoted to Managing Director. Prior to WIN, Jeremy was a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company in San Francisco, where he focused on technology companies and worked in the Private Equity Group. He graduated Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa from Dartmouth College, where he majored in History. He has a Master’s degree in Economic and Social History from The University of Oxford, where he was a Clarendon Scholar. Jeremy grew up in the Bay Area and is thrilled to have the opportunity to work closely with entrepreneurs and to immerse himself in the world of start-ups.
