Lloyd Carney

Lloyd Carney was appointed as the CEO of Brocade in January 2013. As CEO, Carney is responsible for executing the Company’s vision and strategy to lead the networking industry through its next phase of evolution that will be defined by data center virtualization, cloud computing and software networking. He was previously the Chief Executive Officer of Xsigo Systems. Xsigo is the recognized leader in the field of I/O virtualization. He is the former Chairman and CEO of Micromuse, a Nasdaq publicly traded company. Micromuse was an IT and telecom infrastructure management tools provider before acquisition by IBM in February 2006 for $865M. He was General Manager of the Netcool division for IBM during the Micromuse/IBM transition. Mr. Carney currently serves as Chairman and CEO of CarneyGlobal Ventures, LLC which is an early round global venture fund.

Jeremy Schneider

Managing Director
jJeremy Schneider joined WIN as a Senior Associate in January, 2011. In October 2016, he was promoted to Managing Director. Prior to WIN, Jeremy was a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company in San Francisco, where he focused on technology companies and worked in the Private Equity Group. He graduated Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa from Dartmouth College, where he majored in History. He has a Master’s degree in Economic and Social History from The University of Oxford, where he was a Clarendon Scholar. Jeremy grew up in the Bay Area and is thrilled to have the opportunity to work closely with entrepreneurs and to immerse himself in the world of start-ups.
